Alright fellas, just attended the tournament briefing, here are some basic details.

The tournament will be held at tampines safra, will post directions later. All of us should be there at 8 am.

The tournament will be 7 a side, 3 subs. Standard soccer rules apply, I.e yellow/red cards. No offsides, unlimited subs. Refs will be strict on foul throws and vulgarities, so watch out for these. Pitch size will be half a soccer pitch, however the goal post will be the standard size.

Each half will last 9 minutes, and there will be 4 groups . The winners of each group proceeds to the semis.

Expected end time of the tournament is 4 pm

Do contact me if you have any further questions.


Might I suggest that Elijah, Kent, Kelvin, Tom, rj and myself get together before the tournament to formulate some kind of game plan?

hmmmm tampinese safra i think i should know how to get there the pitch is it the street type of the normal 11 a-side type???

Adding on to what I posted earlier, please DO NOT wear meatal studs. We will be playing on a soccer pitch though, so wear boots.


To get to Tampines safra, you may take the buses 8,18,23,65,67 from TAMPINES INTERCHANGE or 5,15,21518 from PASIR RIS INTERCHANGE.

Please be there by 8 AM sharp.

Have fun... 9 min per half is rather short so need to play at a high tempo....smaller pitch but standard size goal post means "shoot on sight" but also mean our GK has to be good. So good luck guys!
