There's no preference for the shoes. Be it studs, astro or street soccer shoes, as long as you're comfortable. You wanna go bare footed also can. =)

no restriction.

but street soccer boots are too slippery.
and field soccer boots are too sticky (to the turf).

if budget allows, invest in a pair of futsal boots.

I heard futsal boots can be a problem especially when u need to change direction while running. but again, it's safer to other players than field soccer boots.
