Is there any search function? Given that the forum is growing , it might be easier if there is a search function, if there is not one already.

just put in a simple search function, u can find it on the top right hand of the Forum page.
will enhance the search page along the way...

I was thinking of adding another feature. 

Most forums have this thing called "sticky" or some other name where the "hot" or impt  topics or FAQ was always on top so that in future when we have more topics, its easier to find them.

sure thing... will be working on that.

ok... as suggested by qingfa, moderators now have the autonomy to make threads sticky.
if you are the forum moderator, you should see an option (just below the thread header) when viewing the respective thread.
simply check on the checkbox that says "Make Sticky" and click the Update button to make it sticky.
