 hi guys maybe can think of making queenstown sec our home ground lol i like dat pitch man no worries of raining lol i miss dat kind of field haha

i wonder if the pitch is at the same rental price... nice pitch.. except.. refrain from doing sliding tackle.. hehe

 gd ma like dat no sliding have less injuries to all of us lol hmmm the pricing shld be abit more ba i think since is artificial, i have no more worries of rainy days lol

eh... i dont think we want = can get,
like st wilfred, all astro turfs in singapore are hot properties, which are highly unavailable, especially during weekends.
it takes some special arrangement on the opposition side to secure that artificial pitch last sunday. not to mention double the cost.

anyway, astro turfs are not immune to rain. if it is coupled with thunder, the coordinator will also disallow game to proceed.

of course, if who got good lobangs, i'm quite sure BB players are opened to such idea.

Anyone knows the rental for Whitley sec sch pitch? They recently upgraded their pitch to astro turf along Marymount rd. Easy accessible via public transport...

How bout the open field beside kembangan mrt? It has goalposts and markings included.. but i wonder if it's available on sunday mornings...

 smtimes other people also play there so cunt gerantee can play full pitch so better not taking free field i was thinking bedok view sec also very gd they just upgrade to artificial pitch

We got it for the challenge thanks to Kent who went through great lengths to ask the schools, ask SSC, etc for help. If u realize the slots before and after us are taken up this sun... It's just lucky we managed to squeeze in a slot.

For weekly games, I guess our priority lies in pitch availability, centralized location and maximize play time. Maybe for occasional tournament we can source for such ground in advanced in future should it prove a hit.

but it's always fully booked, so there's little we could do even if it means we like the pitch a lot.

as mentioned, field for oct has been booked.
if u guys know any centralized field which can be secured in nov & dec, let me know.
