			Dear Beatles,
A friend of mine has offered us a friendly match with his team on 2 OCT 2011. Please indicate your name below if any of you are interested for this match. (Priority for regulars first)
Also, let me know the preferable time and location for the match to start so I can liase with my friend. :) Our jersey for that match shall be BLACK (or BLUE?) since my friend's team will be in white.
Need all of your suggestions/assistance to discuss this as well. :)

Would the usual 10am slot on Sunday be okay? Or would Beatles training take precedence?

I would rather not to have the match clash with our usual training time hopefully. I would try asking my friend if he is fine with 3pm to 5pm. If not, we will then have to cancel the training on that day.

since the invitation originated from an opponent, i usually advise organiser to get opponent source for a favourable venue while we get the ref.
in fact, it is fine if they wish to arrange both venue & ref as they are more keen. we just need to show up.

unfortunately, 11am at BMSS is meant for our usual training schedule so that more players can take part & can't be replaced with a friendly match.
